Our people are our greatest asset. Our Monitoring Support Specialists are all highly trained and most of our monitoring staff has been on staff for 2 or more years. We offer continued education to all of our employees and fully support the training guidelines set forth by the Central Station Alarm Association (CSAA), an association that sets the high level of standards for the training of people in the alarm monitoring industry. Our monitoring staff is subject to local, state and federal background investigations. They also must submit to and pass a Department of Defense background investigation as a condition of employment.
All our technicians have been factory-trained by many major manufacturers of fire and burglar alarm equipment, and we participate in NBFAA certification.
Safe Systems is a member of many local Chambers of Commerce, the Better Business Bureau, both the Colorado and National Burglar and Fire Alarm Associations, the National Fire Prevention Association, and a shareholder in the exclusive Security Network of America . Some of our clients include the University of Colorado, the City of Boulder, Boulder County, City of Fort Collins, City of Golden, and many other businesses and individuals. Safe Systems has been listed in the SDM Magazine “Top 100 National Security Companies” for the last five years.
