Once we design and install your customized system, the most important part of our work begins. We maintain our own secure, reliable 24-hour Underwriter’s Laboratories (UL) listed Central Monitoring Station. We monitor your home or business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, no matter what. If an urgent situation is detected, we are able to respond promptly and notify the appropriate authorities if necessary.

In 2006, we designed, built and secured our new Central Monitoring Station to specifications that exceed the standards put forth by UL. We are subject to rigorous annual inspections to keep our UL certification. Our monitoring facility is designed to withstand heavy storms, fire and even assault. Natural gas generators provide standby power to our facility in the event of an electrical outage and we have backup cellular communication in the event of a telephone service outage. The perimeter and interior of our building is monitored via CCTV cameras from within the monitoring facility. Our computer aided dispatch system (CAD) is the most advanced system available and allows for the timely handling of incoming alarm data. Because systems can fail, all of our equipment is backed up with an identical unit.

To be sure our monitoring staff is ready for any situation, the facility is fully stocked with food, beds and emergency rations. It's an ultra-secure home away from home, allowing our team to be ready for any incoming call, no matter the conditions outside the station.
