We have planned for emergencies so you don't have to. Two separate fuel sources, in addition to ample battery backup provide standby power to our facility in event of an electrical outage and we have backup cellular communication in event of a telephone service outage.

The perimeter and interior of our building is monitored via cameras from within the monitoring facility. Our computer aided dispatch system (CAD) is the most advanced system available and allows for the timely handling of incoming alarm data.

Just in case of an emergency, our equipment is backed up with an identical unit. To be sure our monitoring staff is ready for any situation; the facility is fully stocked with food, beds and emergency rations. It's an ultra-secure home away from home, allowing our team to be ready for any incoming call, no matter the conditions outside the station.
