Another WOW moment from your company. We had an attempted break-in at our home on Friday afternoon, June 18.
Burglar tried to enter by tearing a hole in a screen. Unfortunately for him, he picked an armed one. System worked and the person fled. Left us with a hole in the screen. Called Mark O. thus past Monday morning and started the process. Was told it would be about a week. Well, we had the new screen installed by 11 am on Tuesday morning. Not even 24 hours from my call!
