Rapid Response
Our alarm system went off unexpectedly at 6:30 AM. We were out of town and Safe Systems personnel quickly notified police. Nothing suspicious.
Another alarm went off at 2:30 PM just before we arrived home.
Safe Systems dispatched a service tech and he was smart, focused on the issue and discovered a faulty wiring connection in the communications box. Keeping the customer first, he immediately replaced the unit without hesitating.

Great communication, friendly service
We hired Safe Systems for a shop owned by a friend of mine, for which I was the manager. Opening the shop each morning, we would often screw up our entry codes, and they would always call promptly to ensure that the shop was safe. They were all very understanding, and didn't seem the slightest bit annoyed with us, even though we kept giving them false alarms. Their communication is excellent, their prices are fair, and we have stuck with them for two years.
